Jini Dosa is the Mumbai roadside vendor’s answer to Indian pizza! Dosas cooked in butter are topped with a succulent and spicy mixture of veggies, which is also cooked in butter and topped with lots of cheese.

I don’t know why is it named Jini Dosa but the only thing that comes to my mind when I listen Ginnie is a Jin coming out of a magical lamp. And this might be the reason for naming it Jini dosa, as it is really magical in taste.
